Did you see the England v Israel match today?

England started off with some real entertaining football and showed confidence. Heskey, regardless of all the knocking he has been getting since he was called up, really proved many wrong and played an excellent game and was dangerous. I wondered if they are going to include him on Wednesday.

Sean Wright-Phillips; didn't he deserved to be the Man Of The Match, and his debut as well for England. Ian Wright must be real proud of him.

England has a strong team at the moment to go forward for their Russia game on Wednesday. Russia managed to beat Macedonia 3-0, which was no surprise, but can England hold up against the big boys of Russia? Wednesday's game is going to be much tougher than today's.

It is going to be interesting to see whom the squad is going to be made up of.

I don't get many games on television.

I did smirk a bit hearing Wales get taken by Germany though. The Scandinavian draw looks like it might've been fun to watch. Also, I wonder if Sweden's performance improved since the cup. Iceland drew with Spain and Slovenia laid down Luxembourg.

Crouch is great striker so there is no need to use the old man anymore, but I think he brings luck to England because todays mathc could have been disastrous with so much pressure on the coach and the players.

Or they might bring him on at the start and substitute him. That would be a cruel blow if they leave him out completely considering how much he contributed to England's win today.

Some of the games they show on FSC and Gol TV if you don't have any of these channels you can download the game online us p2p players.

Not to worry, Lediamand will be bringing us all the highlights on video!!

I only get to watch the major games on telly, but possible to see the highlights at night during Match Of The Day.

Sweden managed to hold Denmark to a 0-0 draw and seems like they still have it in them.

Iceland drew with Span, didn't think Iceland was capable of that. lol
