sixers average 101 PPG
somebody worked out the average score of the sixers.
they average 101 points per game this season which is the third best in the NBA.
their opponents average 102 PPG however which may explain why they are only at .500

Are you missing a decimal point there, James?

Makes sense to me as it is.
Seems the sixers need to beef up on defence. They're scoring loads but not defending.

Sorry, I was thinking per player per game.

Game point averages, especially high ones, don't mean a thing if you're still losing.
Just a little off this subject but basketball anyway. The nite Kobe scored 81 would the headline have been larger if the Lakers lost? or would the record mean as much?

No doubt my Sixers offensively are hot, but defensively as much as I hate to admit it, they suck. I like Mo Cheeks and was happy when they named him coach but now I'm starting to question the choice. And maybe some trades need to be made as well because it seems like no matter how many times the team talks about it and practices on it they just can't seem to get defensive minded. Iverson has got to get a championship for Philly before his career is over and it needs to be done now while he is still so hot.
