Will this be the year we all stop eating out?
Man Says He Found Finger In Frozen Custard
Owner Says There Was An Accident
WILMINGTON, N.C. -- Another fast food restaurant customer says that he found a finger in his food, and this store admits that it did happen, NBC 17 News reported.
Clarence Stowers said that he found a fingertip in her custard at Kohl's Frozen Custard in Wilmington.
The restaurant's owner said that there was an accident in the store where an employee cut off the tip of his finger.
The owner said that they were unable to warn anyone before the chocolate custard was served, NBC 17 News reported.
Stowers said that he isn't giving the finger back, and he wants a lawyer.
Kohl's restaurant has locations in Wilmington, Southport and Greensboro, NBC 17 News reported.

Isn't there something in the Patriot Act about people who cut off body parts and leave it in the food?

You don't have to eat out to get body parts in your food. If you happen to buy any processed food, you have no idea of what's in it. I will continue to eat out every now and then.

Okay this is just disgusting... and I thought custard was just milk eggs and sugar,, what in the HELL is in that kitchen that they have to chop up? Something aint right with this story.. excuse me while I analyze this one...
1) You chopping up oh... lets say Walnuts or something and all of a sudden OOPS there goes my pinky!
2) You notice all the blood and the missing pinky... you realize oh look, theres the batch of chocolate
3) You frantically dump out all the chocolate and locate you pinky and run to the ER.
This is what would happen if a SANE person had the accident, but this more than likely how it went down
1) Cleophus the Chocolate Chunk Chopper was working late and tired from a long shift
2) Cleophus has a slip up with the Chopper
3) Cleophus notices his finger is gone...
4) Cleophus says "screw this, they aint paying me enough anyway"
5) Cleophus dumps the remaining chocolate in the "to be served" container, crumples up his apron and walks home to put some vaseline and a band aid on his finger and take a couple table spoons of Tussin...

Ya know Isis. Years ago they said that Jack-In-The-box had maggots in the two for 99 cent tacos. But the FDA said it was ok. This type of thing makes me wanna eat the Whopper minus the meat!!. But I'd rather stay home and cook my own grub.
