@Jimihaze, You right about that!

What I don't understand is how these estabilshments are allowed to go on functioning. There should be an immediate quarantine of the store, barring a restaurant santitation/cleanliness inspection and hefty fines.

That man in Wilmington still has that finger in his freezer. The doctors are saying that it could have been re-attached if he had given it back the day of the incident. :lipsrseal

I saw a video of the "man" that found the fingertip in his cup and I thought it was a woman. He had a really soft voice. I guess he's saying "Imma keep this fanger so I can get paid." I don't really know what he plans to get out of it if anything. I would just stop buying from that place and let it be. I can't see suing over somebody's misfortune of losing part of their body.
