Once again, the Republicans want to change the rules of government and law in order to get what they want.
Like never before, the judges of the Supreme Court are accused of "legislating from the bench", This is a new term used to demonize their judgements inconsistent with replublican agenda.
Congressional and senate battles have been raging over the Bush Administrations strong push to get some ultra-conservative judges nominated to the Supre Court.
Because the Repubs have the House and Senate majority, many are simply falling in line with the BushAdmin and supporting this juncture.
Well, now with the battle raging on, and the democrates the voting minority, they are vowing to use the constitutionally sanctioned
Filibuster.
But by a 2 to 1 margin, the American public is against the replublican tactics to once again change the senat rules that would make it impossible for the Democrats to employ the Filibuster.
I find it disgraceful and hypocritical that republicans, who ride the white horse of morality and traditionalisam, are once again launching an assault upon our consitutuion and fundamental laws that govern how our government is run.
