Preparing is a little more to the point of needs. And Blackwater hires itself out to NATIONS. A bunch of'em were chased out of the Phillippines not long ago. They operate with full knowledge of this nat'l gov't. Heard one fed say the other day: we're gonna have to do something about regulating them...after some of'em killed some Iraqi civilians, part of a diplomat's security, I think it was 9 murdered.

My daughter called after returning last nite and said she saw no violence. The town's people lock'd themselves inside their houses. Not a peep from'em.
She also said she'd never experienced the feeling of being among soooooo many Black folks marching etc. Some came even from Alaska and apparently all points in between. The event's success is credited to online blogs and I add online forums ostensibly for Black folk only. This will put a mild fright into white supremacists. And I hope, as I'll tell my daughter, that she and others will learn to take the spiritual feelings experienced as evidence that Black people can come together for other than sports, entertainments and str8 up partying. That she should get with others who were there and begin to brainstorm re any problems they see facing us as a people! Not to plan "marches," which indicate a people's weakness and is akin to begging. We can build institutions, corporations, or for example buying clubs who buy only from FUBU. That they can study such as MATAH and the NOI under the Honorable Elijah Muhammad for structure and targeting Black markets.

That's where we've blown bfore. Some fragmented organizational programs were established after the 1st Million Man March. If lack of numbers committed to work for change is a problem, evidentally that's not true. We still see ourselves as not being monolithic! Too many "I's" not enough "We." Like Obama said ina sound bite yesterday, he's tired of injustice. But Jena 6 is a living example of Black folk from virtually every corner and block in Amerikkka share this problem, among many, many more! Huh? An unjust CRIMINAL Justice system will exist tomorrow and thereafter.

Until what white folk fear from us is manifested by us. Not as they operate. Unnecessary, unless they ack a fool. But one phrase can hold it: Self determined and sufficient people who feed, clothe, house, employ, protect e.g., themselves. Being not a borrower nor beggar from white institutions like the high school in Jena, LA. Black people. And those who have "white friends?" No problema, let'em hang with their "friends."

yeah, you're right, it does. i was thinking about it today and i can understand why he almost couldn't go down there....he was supporting without having to make himself a total 'activist'. i mean, cause if he really wants to win the presidential election, he's going to need votes from all kinds of people. i'm glad he wore his black and at least spoke about it.

Blackwater was started by three mercenaries (oops!) I mean three highly decorated navy seals. It's an offshoot to the MPRI,which is the oldest wartime contractor in existance. There motto has been. "It's been a good day,if you've killed six Iraqis." They're hated by the Iraqi people,as well,as legit soldiers. They have no honor,and or opportunists of the lowest level. Many have emotional and mental problems. That's fine for unrestrained blood letting.

They are despised by other contracting companies on a par beyond even Halliburton. They(blackwater) are loved by Bush. Oh, I had the unfortunate job of training some of their arse's in combatives. I know their crazyness and unlikeability. Peace!

He, if u mean Obama, ain't said a damn thing that's different from what said by so called Liberals, and other double speaking politicians said. Who isn't "tired of Injustice?" And so supported by Harlemites, that while the Feds harrassed him out of the country, they still re-elected'im in absentia! He died in a self imposded exile at a Caribbean Isle. Laying 'round all day in the Sun!

you have a point, but i think in the end it is more important to him to have a chance at winning the presidential election (which he surely can't do with just the black vote alone) than going to lousiana for the jena 6, or representing his blackness no matter what. is this right? i don't know. i just said i can understand the politics behind his decision. was he being sincere in his wanting to have been down there in the physical? maybe, maybe not.

i'm just happy that those who were there, were there and we showed a front of unity that day.
