Policing the Police
Have you heard of Cop Watch LA?
People of the Web - Somebody's Watching You
The leader of the group, after being sent to jail for a year for a crime he did not commit, decided to channel his anger and frustration over what happened into positive action. He, and several other young people in LA, now listen to police scanners and go to scenes the cops go to and video what happens. I, personally, cannot think of a more effective way to fight police brutality.
They have one video you can watch where two cops are seen administering a serious beat down on William Cardenas. The cops have Cardenas lying prone on his back with one of the cops sitting on him. The second cop is holding back Cardenas' arms with one hand so he can have a clear shot to beat Cardenas repeatedly in the face with his free fist. You can hear Cardenas screaming that he can't breathe (the cop doing the beating is leaning on Cardenas with his knee on Cardenas' throat).

I might be wrong to alot of folks for saying this but it is also time to find out where certain cops live, wife works and kids go to school and publish this info in the hoods where they are committing these crimes. It is painfully obvious now that the "law" is not going to protect you from dirty cops; They can do what ever they want to you and get away scott free.
We got to do more than just video tape them.

That is a bad idea ... a really, really, really bad idea. Truth be told, it is exactly the sort of move that COINTEL would have setup back in the 60s. Some errant young brother reads the poster, goes to the cop's kid's school, harasses the kid, and in so doing gives the state perfectly legal grounds for shutting down Cop Watch LA and arresting all of its members.
Your best weapon against a racist is to make him believe you can send him to jail. But, to do so, you have to have airtight smoking gun video evidence, otherwise the sheeple who make it through the screening process for juries will let the cops walk every time. The value of Cop Watch LA is that, even though it will not embarrass the cops into behaving as homo sapiens, it will provide smoking gun video evidence that even the copper tops that serve on juries can not ignore. Hence, while the cops might still go to their grave wanting to walk on their knuckles and swing from trees, the desire to remain out of jail would cause them to, reluctantly, suppress their Neanderthal urges.
Seque. I am intrigued as to why you picked The Dragon as your name. In the book of Revelations, it is synonymous with Satan:
Revelations 12:9
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world. He was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."

Itstola is right though. That'll do more harm than you think. With the almost unlimited use of action they can take on civilians, this could target people involved with that sort of idea who are not part of the police force. And not to mention, the police could set-up a system that could safeguard them from having their information out there for the public to have easy access to (really they more than likely do). Having them register like their sex offenders? I can't see that happening. Not with the way they are.

The last time I can recall that neighborhood folk, and others, tired of cops' brutalities something called the BLA arose. So whether the above is a "bad idea" or not social conditions prod "rogue cops" and as was said back in the days, the dogs are loose in the streets!
Its normal for us older headz to talk more than we act. The youth? Well... imagine being done it as depicted above. Can u? And live to realize what happened?
Fears have slowed down many social frustrations; especially among our reasonable and socially comfortable reeking with wisdom old timers... but social frustrations have a way of bcoming social explosions. Unplanned. COINTELPRO or not. It is not invincible... is it?
A yung gang banga was heard to say, he told a cop: "u bleed too!" That damn sho' doesn't sound like an appeal to somebody's conscience. That's a reminder.

Indeed. The message was given loud and clear without no chaser. That quote speaks volumes.

If people would be police themselves first then, there would be no need for this kind of measure.
