Radio DeJay makes *Racist Comment* about Black Women on air
That **FOOL** named "Don Imus"...is somebody who *This Sista* has *ALWAYS* hated...
Now you see *why*:
Imus Calls Rutgers Team 'Nappy-Headed Hos' - News - MSNBC.com
*This Sista* would *SERIOUSLY* like to advise all Black Bruthas and Sistas all over the *world* to boycott all NBC channels, Universal movies and everything associated with NBC/Universal. And that wwe E-Mail our concerns to MSNBC about these racist and hateful comments made by that white devil.
We as a people *HAVE* to stand up on this because this just *can not* and *will not* be tolerated!
Sista Josie Has **Spoken!!**

I was disturbed when i heard about the comments made by this "personality". Yet, its not out of a vacuum. As long as "boys" refer to sisters as hoes in hip hop and in the culture at large, its only serves a microcosm. We must love our sisters and defend them at all costs but let us not be surprised that this is the thinking of whites. History has shown us that this their mindstate in many instances. I'm more interested in getting our people to stop referring to their sisters as such. Its a sad state of affairs but it is what it is.

Wow... I'll be damned. And I thought this curly-haired honky had at least a little bit of respect in him. An "idiot comment"... my ***, yo' momma taught you better than that! Well, damn, I guess she really didn't. I certainly think a boycott is in order... damn!

Boycott?
I might get lambasted for what I'm about to say, but it's my little two cents...
I don't think he deserves to be boycotted any more than most in the hip hop industry. Why is it "accepted" when a man that looks like we do says something derogatory towards us? On the other hand when a man who doesn't look like we do says something distasteful and disrespectful it's deserving of a boycott. Let's be honest about some things. The world over, there are some black men who get upset with black women for one reason or another and call us out of our names. We are called the "B" word. We're called sluts. We're called whores. You name it and we've been called it. We allow the "black" media or what's left of it to label us as loud mouth, uncooperative sex machines. But when "white" media does it, some how it invokes anger of the worst kind. Granted; Imus is an idiot. No doubt about it. Imus lacks class, style, respect and professionalism as he alwasy has. BUT so do many other media personalities... Up to and including our black comics, DJ's, and musical artists. Rappers not only use their albums but their movies as well to cast a negative light on black women. My statements are not all inclusive and should not be understood as such. But I'm tired of the double standard. I don't like to be called ******, whore, b****, slut or anything other than my given name... So I don't allow it or accept it from anyone.. Black, White or other. AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
Where is the outcry when black men call us nappy headed hoes? Where is the out cry when they call us disrespectful names? I don't get it. Pain is pain and it hurts the same regardless of who inflicts it. I hurts just the same when I'm disrespected by a white man as I am by a black man.

I can understand the indignation over his offensive comment. Don Imus has always been a narcissistic little troglodyte. But he's hardly a blip on my radar...so his comments have no impact on me whatsoever. I plan to sit back, refill my popcorn bowl, and watch him self-destruct.
Peace

I can't beleive you are comparing what blacks say in an entertainment medium/song/poem etc... to the editorial commentary of a racist white man. It's called CONTEXT!
