Chavez Delivers on Promise of Oil

BALTIMORE - Shortly after Hurricane Katrina ravaged the U.S.’s Gulf Coast, controversial Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez pledged to help America’s poor.

On Wednesday, he brought that pledge to Baltimore City as his Citgo Petroleum Corp. delivered discounted heating oil to Debra Henderson, a 58-year-old disabled mother.

In my view keeping a pledge is priceless. Chavez made this pledge and he's delivered.

He always 'deliver', that is what makes him a dangerous man. Dangerous to those who get in his way, that is.

isn't this a year late?

and yes i'm begining to think that chavez is a dangerous man. some of his retoric as of late is a bit disturbing. he seems to be consolidating alot of influence due to some of his popular policies.

No takes on the bet from me. The prices are beginning to rise in my part of Virginia and $3.00 a gal by Christmas is possible.
