Your Child's Favorite Toy
Today I think I discovered my son's favorite toy. The funny thing is, I just brought it home tonight. Although this lil Elmo guitar is going to drive me bonkers, my son adores it. I never really seen him interact with a toy that way. He was pressing the buttons and dancing to the music, really hard! LOL This guitar has about 3 buttons on it, a whammy bar, and a couple other guitar gadgets. He dragged it all over the house, showed his grandma and his dad, and came back to me dancing once again. Im such a corn ball because I almost started crying because of all the joy expressed in his face(but I cry about everything he does). Do you ever remember when life was that simple???
Now my question, what is your child's favorite toy?

My 11 yr old loves anything game, game cube, x-box, playstation 2, etc. He'll get on the comp and go to shockwave and play the games. He's even found the old time games like galactica and centipede.
My 2 1/2 year old loves anything with music, kareoke elmo, hokey pokey elmo, electric guitar, drums, it plays music, he loves it.

Since I don't have one of my own, I think of my God sons/nephews when asked about kids.
Funny you should mention that electric guitar. When I read the thread, it took me back to the little knuckle head (all in LUB), opening his toy guitar last year. I can still see him screw up his face, as he strums the guitar with no strings. Think it's the best picture. Nothing like the imagination of a child. I can't wait to see him this year so I can tell him he's missing strings..... :p

Right now, my son's favorite toy isn't even a toy.. it's a book! "Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb." He makes me read it to him fifty-leven times a day, and everytime I read it, he claps and says "Yay!" like it's the first time he has heard the story.
