yes yesterday when i was in the park with my children this young baby she couldnt have been no older then 10-12 months. Her family was on a blanket on the grass. Well the little girl started to crawl off the blanket and her grandmother popped her like three times and started yelling at her in spanish. I felt bad for her but when her mother came back to the blanket the older daughter told what the grandmother did and the mother and the grandmother started to argue. It was like dont hit my baby she's just a baby, I dont raise my kids like u raised me and blablabla
other than that i have never see it infact sometimes im out in public and the way people's children be acting i wish their parents would tear their a$$es up
