I came across this parenting blog which seems to suggest you're a bad parent if you don't buy expensive things for your kids. I'm not rich and Ido the best I can and try to make the right decisions for my family.

I ain't rich either and I buy within my means.. I can't ball like that if I don't have it.. So I don't even stress myself over it...I know I'm a good parent so that's that..

A bad parent is a parent who trickles the idea to their kids that a good parent gets them pricey gifts. That's a snobby brat in the making....

I think the site is a joke too. If I'm not mistaken, there was something on there before about a judge who had to approve the names that black mothers wanted to give their children. Either way, my kids will know that they look good in whatever they wear, no matter what name or where it came from.
