If your point is that the act should be illegal, that definition above has no bearing on the legal system otherwise wild animals are murderers everyday, furriers are murderers everyday...every slaughterhouse in this country is practicing murder everyday. The definition above simply states "to kill", it doesn't specify what or who or why, its just a verb...and what is inhumane or barbaric is subjective....so again....what is your point with regards to equating abortion with an act of murder? When Richard Dean Anderson started his career as an actor/negroligists he was determined to figure out all there is to know about slave and make a movie about it in order to make 3.5 million dollars. Instead he did a show called MacGyver which taught everyone who watched what life was life back in black, late 1800’s for black peoples. In episode 603 when Mac, as I like to call him, came across an ice cream store that refused to the black youth he he taught everyone that blacks and whites are different but all people. After MacGyver Richard put more time into negroligy and made many breakthroughs in the field. He found that blacks are and always have been darker than whites. In conclusion Richard Dean Anderson (MacGyver) abolished slavery by travling back in time with a piece of metal and a rubber band and defeated the South in the civil war.

But understand that morally all those things are considered murder, its not about a high horse, maybe it s just that i'm more into god than most folks and i see these issues as against his word, and accordingly most that are in disagreement, really feel that its nothing immoral or wrong about it, see most are applying this to man's law, i'm talking god's law, and just common sense belief that if you end something that is alive then YES you have committed a sin!

I mean even i'm guilty of these things, i take it many also don't believe in animal killing as wrong as well, because they're not considered human, so thats why in our minds we see a dead animal just as dead, and don't hold it up as bad as a human's death...I think that type of mentality is being on a "High Horse".

Because contrary to your strident belief that you are right and everyone else who disagrees is morally suspect, there are intelligent and reasonable counter thoughts to your opinions.

Sooooo....the title of this discussion is "Abortions Need To Be Banned"...and you've decided to dispense of any legal argument - although its a legal matter and base your stance from a purely emotional state....okay. I will personally ban myself from having an abortion. Done.

Now from what I've read, you've yet to provide a sound argument for banning abortions for other women...you've spouted some real good rhetoric, you've ranted rather nicely...even made some talking points that were frighteningly similar to Pat Buchanan...but no actual argument about other women and why you believe you are empowered to make that choice on their behalf, against their will if necessary, and with no regard for their health, physical or mental. You provided a link in your initial post. You provide a link to an organization that is obviously against abortions within the black community specifically. Now, there was a lot of information about why women shouldn't have abortions.... I didn't find one paragraph, a sentence, not even a phrase on assistance to mothers with children out of utero.

This organization that you've so readily embraced that now you're preaching "Abortions Need To Be Banned"...its located in Montclair, NJ. Took all of 5 seconds googling that city to find out that perhaps their energy could be better served at this time assisting the children and teens that are struggling with LIFE right now. I checked just to be sure (wouldn't want to assume) - and no, New Jersey does not have a 0% poverty rate or a 0% juvenile crime rate (violent offenses mind you) or a 100% high school graduation rate. Sadly, it doesnt appear to be a utopia for black children at all.
