Sex and the Minor Child?

I'm from the old school on this one, especially when raising girls. I am more inclined to allow a boy be sexually active at an earlier age than a girl.

No way no how. I am going inform my child about sex and safe sex and being responsible for her sexual acts when that time comes. What I am going to do is take her to work with me so that she can see the women in labor and giving birth. I am going to give it to her straight with no chaser. but there will be no children having sex in my house.

You know what, this is a deep question. Truthfully, all parents obviously don't want their minor children having sex at all because they aren't mentally prepared for it. Now, I have 2 boys almost 3 and 12. I have to say my oldest is GIRL CRAZY right now. I don't think my ethics would allow him to do it at home but in my head for the next 6 years until he goes to college, I will always be thinking, where is he, what is he doing. Would you rather he do it somewhere else? I just keep speaking the finality of the situation, how you can't get your first time back again and the difference between love and sex.

I do let him call girls now but I speak to their parents first and make sure they allow their daughters to speak to boys out of respect and so the girl can't turn around later and say my son is harrasing her. It's rough though dealing with sex and your child.

i was watchin 'sex and the single parent' and there was a woman on there who was letting her teenage son have sex @ home...she said its better to let them do it @ home cause @ least you can make sure they practice safe sex....

If this is so, then who do ya think the young man will be sexually active with??? In most cases it will be with someone elses underaged daughter.

I'm in the medical field, and you wouldn't believe how many young kids I see with VD on a daily. Or how many 12y/o girls I see pregnant, It's disgusting !!


We all need to pull together as a people and fund educational/motivational programs for our children, boys and girls !!

I know sex is on their minds, but we need to do whatever we can to keep it on something else. Something more beneficial to them and their future.

Sex isn't that serious ! And it's more fun when ur older anyway :)

Sadly, I know a lot of women who believe the same thing !! Allowing ur child to have sex at ur home is opening a huge can of worms !!! Ya give kids an inch they'll take a mile. That's what's wrong with these children today, no dicipline, which ultimately means , their not afraid of anything. And when you aren't fearful of consequences....that's DANGEROUS !!

The only way to be sure a child uses a condom, is if ya stand over them while their doing it !!! PUHLEASE !! I guess that will be next . Parents standing in on their kids to give instructions !!

All I can say about that is that kids dont NEED to have sex it is a choice. I was 13 when I started and I wish I waited.

I would want my children to wait...

I can teach my child up til' they are old enough to make his or her own decision...I wont beat my child for having sex at an early age....I can talk to them...but I will start at a young age tellin them to wait for marriage!
