The Palm Zire 31 Rocks
This is the bottom-of-the-line PDA from Palm, that I bought to give my son. Well, then my 5-year-old Palm broke. I think I must have dropped it a few too many times. So I got a Zire 31 for myself.
I figured I just needed the basic calendar, address book, todo list, and memos. But surprise!! This little baby rocks!!! I got mine for $119.90 plus $4.99 S&H (no tax), mail-order. I paid more for my first one 10 years ago, and it was basic. Circuit City supposedly has it for $89.99, order online and pickup at your local store. The Circuit City's in my area don't have it in stock.
This one starts with 16MB of memory, with an expansion slot for an SD card to store MP3's and photos. I can store photos for my contacts, but I have pictures of my grandbabies...this thing is smaller than a photo-wallet. And carry a few favorite songs in less space than my Dell Digital player.
