Apple Unveils Video iPod
Apple has unvieled yet another ipod wonder of the world. This muth can store over 150 movies (60GB model) and still includes all of the traditional mp3 music playback capabilities. Gonna cost you between 200 and 400 bones to own one.

Why is that society feels the need to be constantly entertained? Do you really need to be able to watch movies on demand at the grocery store? I'm not that technologically inclined, but other than being able to say that you spent $400 to watch 45 minutes of a movie at the grocery store or running Saturday morning errands, what purpose would a gadget like this serve? You...well I certainly wouldn't give a piece of equipment like this to a small child, and IMO adults and teenagers should be able to go out and do things without the need to be constantly entertained.

I agree with you. But you know some people just have to have the latest techno-whizzie gadget. I'm not naming any names.

You're so right! A movie is sooooooo much more enjoyable that way cha know?! :p
What's next? Some sicko watching a porn in the waiting room at the dr's office, and offending everyone one around?! Can't you just hear the nurse now "Excuse me, but your pornographic movie just gave little old Mrs. Johnson a heart attack, and little Timmy over there, he just took little Susie behind the fish tank. I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to watch something a tad bit more respectful on that $400 VCR-uh ya got there" Geez Louise!!!

I recently bought a 80GB video iPod. I installed an interface in my truck so I can also play it when I travel. Sounds great.
