Austrailian High Court Rules in Favor of Console ModChips

This is major big big news for the console game modding community. The legal eagles in Australia have ruled that ModChips are legal, sending a kick in the mouth to Xbox and directly, Sony.

As you probably already now, our government doesn't share the same view on modchips and considers them piracy. But what this ruling will do is give modding companies a huge market and safe haven in which to manufacture and sell their goods via the internet.

I, of course am in favor of this ruling.
