Get G'd up with GoogleTalk and Gmail Toolkit
Google Talk should be the Official Chat client of AfroChat. It performs well, and it's voice chat feature has excellent sound quality.
Here are some links to get Gmailed:
1. Get an invitation from a current gmail user. If you need a email invitation, email me.
2. Once your gmail is fully setup, download the google talk here.

This is awesome! So are we gonna have chat nights? Or Chat nights scheduled every now and then!?
D I have gmail... I received an invite from a co-worker, I just set up a name, but haven't used it. She loves it. I'm stuck on SBC Yahoo because it's my provider, web host, etc. I haven't been able to part with them. You think if I download all this good stuff it'll sway me?

once you give Google talk a try, you will be hooked. It has alot of great features.
i haven't tested the group talk feature yet, so I don't know about the group sessions. We'll just have to try it and see...

I have had Gmail for a while, but did not know they offered this feature. Gotta look into that.

I tried this earlier today with a friend and I like it alot. The sound was clear.. and it will save me alot on long distance calls.
