AfroChat Staff Positions Open! - AfroChat - African American

AfroChat is looking for the following Staffers:

1. Mediaperson - Responsible for creation of graphics, logos, banners, and media relations with other positive black sites and blogs. Manages our calendar and AfroLinks directory. This person is also our dedicate Afro-Photographer. Must have decent digital camera.

2. Columnists - Responsible for weekly contribution and management of theme based articles. Columnist must have clear passion and skill in writing about the subject.

3. Moderators - Responsible for daily participation and enforcement of AfroChat rules. Must have at least 300 posts and have a positive history at AfroChat. We only have 3 positions available for this position, which are selected by the current staff.

Invitations - Occassionally, members of the staff my find themselves so impressed with another member, that an invitation is sent to the team. If you are or have ever been sent an invitation, remind the staff upon your request to be considered for any positions.

How to Apply:

Send your request to any member of the staff and include:

- The position for which you are applying
- Why you feel you would be good for the position

Be prepared to give a writing, graphics or photo sample after the initial request/application.

I have three "dynamic" individuals that I think would be an asset on the AC. They have demonstrated maturity, "non-clanish" attitudes, knowledge of a broad range of subject matter and more importantly--"have vision." I'll forward the names to you. Thank you.
