Poets work hard to create magnificent words of prose. Let's give honor and respect to the craft by complying with the moral, ethical and legal standards regarding copywright issues.
1. Do not post the work of another poet in this forum.
2. If you want to post someone else's work, post it in the
Outside Phloetics SubForum. When posting another's poetry, you must list the author and the source of where the poetry was found.
3. Do not use the work of another poet ever. Plagiarised work will be deleted without question or warning.
4. Any original works written by and submitted by the same poet is protected by U.S Copywright laws. Any unauthorized use of their material without their explicit consent can result in civil and criminal liabilities imposed on the violator.
In other words, get the author/poet's permission before using their work in anyway outside of this forum and/or community.
