There's is reason for it all and I believe that it should be your choice whether you want to bring a child into this world or not....that being said,

I think there should be a limit to the amount one person can get, whether it's certain number per lifetime or in a single year. No one person should have more than *lets say 10 on the "record"*

I mean damnit if you don't want to have kids stop doing everything TO GET PREGNANT!

Birth contorl, not having sex SOMETHING not just when it's inconvinent kill it.
Abortion should never be banned and the state nor CHURCH should have any say in personal matters, but we need to take long hard looks on how many of our unborn seeds who's lives we are ending because WE AREN'T READY.

Adoption is a choice as well as just developing love BEFORE DURING AND AFTER LAYING DOWN WITH SOME ONE.
