Bill Cosby paid off for or bought a black college somewhere, way back when.
Cosby has also put a number of black children through college.
But, I agree with you that some guys/gals could do so much more.
As a billionaire,
Ophrah could set up an holding company (or whatever you call it), use it to buy a significant stake in certain major companies (not necessarily the biggest) and demand that they hire 20% more blacks.
She & others could draw more blacks into certain support functions of the entertainment industry: electronics, graphic design, make-up artist, etc.
Maybe some one should tell her and those like her ???
