Larry Elders is no different than those so-called black leaders he rabidly condemns. He claims they inflame and exacerbate tensions between the races and exploit situations that may or may not have racial overtones. Not saying that they don't, but it is somewhat ironic that a man who makes a living harshly criticizing his own race, condemning white liberals who openly support or encourage black issues, remains completely silent and refuses to address whites for their unapologetic racism and ongoing systemic discrimination in America. Elder's is committed to directly addressing the "needs of white conservatives". They need an imbued Machiavellian Negro to assure them the concerns of black people should not be taken seriously. Why should they? They are no more than warrant-less whining and perpetual complaining. Besides, "we've given them welfare, affirmative action, the NFL and NBA is mostly black, they have Oprah, BET, rap music and they still want more!" Lawn Jockey Negroes like Larry Elders (and Ward Connerly), are no less than personal masseuses for white conservatives, echoing their beliefs and concerns.

To be fair and honest, there are numerous things that Elders says that I do agree with. I have no problems with those particular messages. But were he and I part, is his message is directed and tailored specifically for ultra white conservatives -not blacks nor moderates of other constituencies. It is white conservatives with seething resentment and a longstanding ax to grind with blacks who he patronizes. If he had parity in his messages, as harsh as it may be, I would have no problems with it. But that is not the case. In his world (and his supportive white conservatives), black people and white liberals are the malignant cancer that is adversely affecting the well being of America. It is stupid black men and patronizing white liberals who are the core of extreme socioeconomic inequities and festering racial wounds in America -not longstanding institutions of exclusivity, racism, sexism, economic disparities do to race and class, unfairness in the sentencing guidelines for drug convictions, omnipresent "white affirmative action" and good ol' boy networking, etc, etc... The aforementioned is not only mythical propaganda by the so-called race hustling black leadership and their white liberal supporters -it doesn't even exist! This what Elders (and his white conservative disciples) would have us to believe. Therefore it is not worthy of discussion.

I'm not suggesting Elders should not hold black people accountable nor should he make excuses for reckless self destructive behavior. Not at all. But he should temper his blistering campaign against blacks and white liberals with contributing and underlying factors that exacerbate the negative conditions of the black underclass. Something that is noticeably absent for his anti-black rants. He should also take the time to talk to black people (since they are the object of his scorn) and not always his cheering white conservative fans who will never challenge any of his diatribes against blacks. But figure the odds of that happening. Why would he alienate his white conservative supporters? They're paying his bills.
