What's wrong with this picture?
1. Everything else on sale is at least half off like I said before.
2. How is giving us a 50 cent price break a way of celebrating our history?
3. The sale starts today (sunday) and it's the SECOND DAY OF MARCH!
Now, am I wrong for feeling offended and irked?

I've noticed that too. At a Kroger's near my apartment, they have monthly sales all over the store except in the black hair care section (which they offensively label "ethnic products"

) And to boot, the prices are jacked WAY up. Like $3.50 for Rain shampoo ($1.99 at Wal-Mart) and $6.00 (no kidding) for Sulfur 8 hair moisturizer. WHAT GIVES?! No sales, ever?
