Brother DBlack, again I thank you for your recent wake up call, because I admit just starting to know and understand what the questions are, i. e., as regards knowing and understanding what we're up against, as individuals and our relations, etc., this time around?

Though the flip side is this:

Even if one is neither an activist or a theorist?

Even if one merely got a high school diploma is is not a college grad?

Most (if not all) of the people on this board either had to smile thru clenshed teeth and/or have to just be hoping or praying for getting their faces on the local (or network) news casts, i. e., because which colored or black people with active brain cells actually bought what Bush sold or are just back Obama on the basis of his speeches?

I mean, give it a rest, folks!

Y'see, I've been hearing and reading a lot of things, i. e., from back during my BLACKTALK posting days-- up to now on this website's forums:

So you tell me when the world WHITE IMPERIALISM and WHITE SUPREMACY stopped identifying what this nation is all about!

It seems and sounds to me it is our own folk who would turn back the ole clock and then relegate things to a 'we too are americans' -- or at least 'good negroes' stanch-- and a PRE rebellion era mindset...

Instead?

Them rebellions DID take place!

I. e., white/black relations, as in based on what the one (whites) were (mis)led to believe about the other, as in there were (or are) no things WE (the PRESENT generations) are actually willing to fight for, (which I truly doubt), will never be the same again!

Above and beyond that:

Anybody who gets attacked has their right to defend themselves!

So what else is new and news?!?

My point?

Let us quit avoiding and evading OUR adult responsibility for helping to make OUR communities etc. places and spaces that decent and morally upright and honest and hard working people CAN live in again!
