Most really healthy foods are very cheap. Whole grain (plain) cereal that you can fix up to taste good cost less than nothing, and if you spend the money you might have spent on junk and the rest you will see that you actually spend a lot less.

Invest in a cookbook some Tofu and head to the farmers markets. Stock up at the local Spanish or Asian grocery stores (they have very organic healthy foods for a lot less than the Amerikkkan food "libraries" which less stuff as real as a Pixar movie LOOKING REAL BUT FAKE AS HELL) after you do that just have food experimenting with your foods and find what you like.

Pretty simple and a lot cheaper once you try hard to find something healthy and good with calls for you to pull up your sleeves and get to preparing.

SistahSpeaks would probably say what I said so hope you don't mind my two cents..........
Really? I didnt know the foreign markets had that. Of course there are farmers marker-galore in the south. No I dont mind your two cents, I am still trying to work with the food I have at home. Its a bit hard, because of my family, I will have to let them know I am serious about it. Thanks
