Yep! You MUST get the extra firm tofu, and be sure to freeze it overnight first. This gives the tofu a more "chicken-like" texture so it doesn't just fall apart.
There's FREEDOM in VEGANISM! People think "well what the hell do you eat?" I tell them, I eat everything that comes from the earth. It requires you to be creative! When you're a meat eater... when you prepare meals you think "ok, I've got chicken, steaks, pork chops... hmmm. let's have steak." Then, you begin preparing it, and just grab whatever else you have as side dishes.
When you remove the meat, you're MORE focused on the side dishes because that is your meal. So you won't grab canned corn, you'll grab FRESH corn. You won't grab white rice, you'll grab brown long grain rice... sustenance!
Talk about loosing weight? Stop eating dead flesh and the weight will fall from you!
