Does anybody else remember when there were black folks giving manicures and pedicures in the black hair salons?? What the hell happened? I just woke up and all the salons were being run by North Vietnam...what the hell?? How did they just take over that whole little section of the beauty industry?? Seriously, anybody know how they did that?? And how did they figure out how to do it so efficiently? It absolutely baffles me how they did this. The only time in the last 15 years I've had a black OR white person give me a mani or a pedi was at Spa Sydell...and that was a GIFT. AND they got the monopoly on arching eyebrows...really...how did they do this to us??

Something must be going on with our minds and values for them to be able to do this to us.
