So what's the plan. What is a strategy that we can create that will result in more African-Americans owning businesses that contribute to the community? What kinds of businesses do we need and what kinds of businesses would it be natural for us to own and operate?

And to handle another aspect of this discussion, i'm going to start another discussion on capitalism, what it is and isn't so we can debate about that SEPARATELY.
