True. Of course, this could be said for any so called charity organization because greedy low down muthasuckas could be anywhere in any organization trying to taking advantage of those in need. That's why they say if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself (or over see/organize it at least). And for those Grassroots Organizations/Individuals that have stepped out there and helped unselfishly, I applaud their efforts.
