In a lot of ways it just seems like the situation has magnified and grown. I used to live in Overbrook, and that's where my grandmother still lives, and I just can't, or say I don't want to believe, that the city has fallen on dire straits like this. But it doesn't surprise me if all the corruption you mentioned earlier is in full swing.
