I'm not afraid to talk about this epidemic that is approaching our people and killing them in the process I think more should be done about this HIV/Aids I think this is a big issue that needs to be discussed more and go into depth about this because so many African Americans are getting this disease because they are not being protective when having sex and their spouse is not telling them that oh I have HIV and I got it from someone else and now you have contracted the disease yes this needs to be discuseed
