Yes, race does not exist. Cultural continuity do. We are not even discussing IR dating here anyway.
I was going based on your assertion of a desire of homogeneity to ensure our survival. Because as I said earlier, Race and Culture do not correlate reliably. And we're discussing one of IR dating's main components so it is valid. You can't really address interracial dating without addressing either of those two issues.

A lot of South American cultures have been "mixed" by default and they still have their indivdual cultures, ie El Salvador, Colombia, Belize, etc...
Mixed by default is debatable (we're probably hardly pure as well), because there are a number of variables. But when you allude to some pending cultural annihilation, and also agree that there are South American groups who maintain their culture you immediately form a contradiction in your reasoning. To clearly state the problem, culture can live on without racial homogeneity and again they do not go hand in hand with culture.

There was a genetic study using probably STR mapping method to determine lineage of Black people living in Brazil (Its probably one of the few methods we have to attempt to quantify something so ambiguous).

BBCBrasil.com | Reporter BBC | Genética resgata negros excluídos da história familiar

Plenty of free services out there can translate so you can get the gist of the article. With the article above, and looking at how brazil's Black population maintains different cultural identities and maintain a good deal of cultural diversity gives a pretty good example of what I mean.

Real work like what? Reread my original post, start over again and go from there.

There are some more direct methods and tangible, of course. Patron black business, get your hands dirty volunteering, get involved with your local community, find a cause and get behind it, use whatever talents you can to help improve conditions, start a black library, and any of the countless other sustainable things which lead to true lasting prosperity and and a person can conceive of doing.
I think another poster also tossed out some good options too.

It's even more interesting when one can stay on topic. It is hard explaing cultural survival and annilhilation to a people who never had one in the first place. I don't expect some Black folks to understand where I am coming from.
If anything feels like its off topic, I hope this sums it up. I'm pretty much saying that happiness in a relationship and "cultural survival" really don't line up well with notions of race (in context: interracial dating). I do have one question though. Since when did Black Americans never have a culture? I guess our literature, genres of music, beautiful art work, schools of thought, Universities, neighborhoods and any other expression or tradition I've left out constitute as not having a culture?

I personally find it is quite hard to explain irrational arguments. Best of Luck to you.
