There are some more direct methods and tangible, of course. Patron black business, get your hands dirty volunteering, get involved with your local community, find a cause and get behind it, use whatever talents you can to help improve conditions, start a black library, and any of the countless other sustainable things which lead to true lasting prosperity and and a person can conceive of doing.

It would have helped it you gave some valid examples to back up your claims. What group of people maintain culture across notions of "race" which does not exist anyway?
Every other culture values keeping the culture and the people therein "alive" so to speak. That is why most are hell bent against "mixing."
Black folks need to get off this "we are the world," and this "rainbow coalition" crap if we want to survive as a people.
