There are women in every race who are excellent at motherhood...and then there are those who need a little guidance...and even still those who should be forced into sterilization.
That being said, how can someone who doesn't have the cultural experience adequately offer guidance and insight and perspective to another about that culture?

I think a white woman can do well at raising anyone, as can any of us. But it would be foolish to believe that she could do well in instilling all that is necessary and required to raise a black man child appropriately. It takes a myriad of things, the most of which, she has no idea about.
