Oh wow, great topic, before I read any replies let me answer this dynamo. Yes, overall black children fear their parents more than white children. In the early 90's their was a special television document on just that subject matter. I'm still trying to find it to this day. Anyway, it showed that white kids do drugs 10 to 1 over black kids and when examining the reason black kids did not engage it was because they 'feared their parent's' repercussions whereas the white kids did not. The same thing went for a variety of issues they discussed. All the stats. favored the black and it was a shock that the Fox network of that era allowed it to be shown.

There is a deeper foundation among overall righteous blacks that is not among the white race. The privliged white kids are spoiled with entitlements, preferences, handouts as is the racist U.S. set up, whereas the honorable black kids are taught humility and trust in God, that's the real difference between the two. Now of course, their are exceptions to the overall black kids vs. white kids rules but by and large this is the truth that makes the two different amidst seemingly overall general parenting.
