If the parents know for sure their kid is homosexual and are sure the other child sleeping over is involved with their kid, then of course not. I think allowing all same sex kids not to sleep over might be a bit much. All of their peers will more than likely not be homosexual.
Its up to the parents in the end though. I think if they're going to generalize they should just choose not to let their kids have sleep overs or participate in them no matter the gender of who is involved. At the very least, this will seem somewhat more of a balanced decision.
