The PC line is to insist that most of the cops/military are good guys. I agree with you to certain extent, because when you have all Black neighborhood being watched by all white cops that implies something. How come there are no Black cops in a black neighborhood I think this is kinda terrorizing our people's fear of White cops.
So one can wonder if the Police department hand picks the cops that patrol our neighborhoods. Like there are different type of cops for different neighborhoods. Because some of the cops that I encounter in the Manhattan NY aren't volatile and intimidating as the ones I found in black community in Brooklyn. Though I still think there are some good honest cops out there it might be just a few out of the millions but they are out there, maybe not in our neighborhood.
