We had a revolt here as Black Americans as a minority against a majority.
There are no Maroons in the USA who were allowed to survive thier African culture.

Inspite of a white majority the Seminole, which were mistaken as Indians revolted against Andrew Jackson and faught against the then US army ofr 150 years.

At a time when 1 out of every white men were klansmen (1910-1930) , we had Black Wall Street in Oklahoma, and Ida B. Wells as a mllionaire and job provider.
When there was segregation in the south and sisters were molested in the streets, and chidren spit upon, we had the will and power to establish the Nation of islam(1950s)
During the 60s and 7s we faught hard some times in the streets, The Black Panthers, the republic of New Africa, H. Rap Brown, Stokely Carmichael, Angela Davis ,
.....all of this so that those jobs that were once white only could employ all Blacks were ever they came from.
ALL OF THIS WHILE BEING A MINORITY IN A WHITE RUN NATION.

we as Blacks who were brought here in slave ships, have nowere to run or escape...............
and leave our brothers and sisters in poverty,
we had to stand here and fight, and still do!
When you look at the number of inventions, the street stop light, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, shoe making machine, baby carriage, electronic subway, etc. greatfolks in politics, Adam clayton Powell, Harold Washington, Cynthia Mckenny, John Conyers, Leaders, Martin Luther King, Malcom X, educatiuon, Arthur Schomburg, John Henrik Clarke, Leonard Jeffries, Arna Bontemps, Carter G, Woodson, Amos Wilson, music, art, that come from this country
""inspite of still being under an opressor that does not look like us"",
and establish a standard of living for the least of us,
that would make many poor nations envious.
as I said we stood here and faught, we were water hosed and had dogs put on us, watched our leader assasinated, and our elders flooded intentionally in Katrina, and still we fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jamaica has a Black majority , so it is a Black nation, so,in Kingston folks need to stand and fight, for the betterment of the collective,.....
instead of killing each other in the streets over bullsh*t!
