Bullies generally have things going on in their life that have nothing to do with the children or teachers they terrorize.They deal with their issues by taking them out on others. Also, bullies can be mean spirited because they are spoiled. Many parents may be surprised that their children are bullies but like many parents raising children, they are clueless.

As far as dealing with them, I would simply give them some "encouragement" with a belt, switch or something that will "bully" them.
