Salaam (Peace) to all.
Racism is more than just a "learned behavior".
In his lecture series on "How to Give Birth to a God", the Hon. Louis Farrakhan describes how the experiences of the Mother, while she is carrying life in her womb, affect the arrangement of the neuro-networks in the brain of the Baby, basically shaping the mental tendencies of the baby before it is even born.
In truth, both male and female pass on the genetic-record of their experiences in their reproductive cells.
This is well known in the field of "eugenics"...or selective breeding.
So, then, a child born from generations of "white supremacist" mental tendencies will no doubt be born with an inclination toward the same. And it will take quite a bit to override, or overwrite, the data that has been written in that child.
What the child learns after birth only reinforces what was recorded by conception and throughout gestation (pregnancy).
Learned behavior? I would say "acquired" behavior.
Peace.
