OJ is not one of my favorite people, but a careful read of this story will reveal that he is clearly the victim, not the perpetrator.
Even one of the cops involved has admitted that at least some of the stuff in that room actually did belong to OJ, which confirms OJ's version of the story which is that a friend tipped him off that some of his stuff was being illegally auctioned off at the casino. OJ rolled in, with a few of big black football friends, and the white folks who stole his stuff behaved exactly as Dr. Welsing describes in "The Isis Papers", exactly as the cops behave when they see one of us -- they thought he had a gun.
Note that, even though a cop has admitted somebody in that room had possession of merchandise that belonged to OJ, the cops charged OJ with a crime, not the thief.
As for OJ and his "posse" busting into that room waving guns, I doubt even OJ is that stupid. The police have not found any weapons. Also, keep in mind that casinos have cameras everywhere. If OJ really had been waving a gun, the casino would have captured it on video, the cops would rushed to dup that video for all the news outlets, and you would now be watching that video on every cable news channel.

I pretty much agree with you, but he should have known that the way he went about trying to get his stuff back would be newsworthy if found out.
Now in addition, because it hit the news, the Goldman's are trying to lay claim to it as part of the damages they were awarded, so he still may not get it.
