I don't see any problem with this. If its a public institution and it obeys the regulations already in place, Why is this a problem? The education on a booming sector of the world economy would give a lot of people the advantage needed to perform above the competition and provide more cultural understanding about a region in the world at large.

Arabic at an earlier grade level would provide numerous benefits to plenty of Americans looking for opportunities. No public education institution in America completely does away with English as the primary language of instruction. How come nobody screams this out when schools offer other languages (French, Spanish, German, Russian, etc)?

Is it still separatist if the primary instruction language will still feature English? Is it still separatist if the majority of enrollment will be American? Is it still separatist, with the potential contributions made by these youngsters in the future to America?

And we wonder why our education system is so far behind. The brain drain will continue with thinking like this. I hope to see how this turns out in the future.
