I am now in the recruiting stages of my blog site that is under development. I am looking to build a site of seriously talented and passionate bloggers to join my staff.

My blog is not to replace this site by any means. Blogging is a totally different format and different way of presenting information/opinion etc...

The goal is for this blog to be one of the most compelling thought concious black blogs period. Here are the desired requirements:

1. Sound writing skills - Must submit sample.
2. Experienced Blogger If you don't have a blog, then submit sample.
3. Passionate about something to share. The theme is for you to decide.
4. Loves to write, considers blogging a joy, not a chore or obligation.

Also, many of you may know someone. If you do, please refer them to me or have them inquire.
