Rather than dub'em "dummies," if u research spring water, u'll see that many such companies have been do n the same thing. Generally its a matter of labeling tricknology; e.g., openingly often u'll see below a brand name the word, "Artesian" water. Looks fancy, huh? And notice pictures of water run'n down a mountain. Simply tho its well water.
Here in Atlanta, Ga. "purified water is a biggie." We're informed its recycled tap water, with add processing steps to remove some of the chemicals etc.
Another "health foods" term that requires diligent vigilance? Organic. Peep at the varied "legal" definitions. And steps required to receive gov't approved labeling. We were/are looking into it; meanwhile we've thought to just call our vegetables "home grown." I can explain our techniques. Don't bleeve me? No problema, don't buy!
