I dont think this can be blaimed on moving to the suburbs. It most blacks still live in black areas in the US. You are also right that we are ending up doing some crimes that used to be considered a white mans thing.

I blame it on the suburbs only if it means getting caught up in those activities that take children away from the nurturing that we expect in black homes. When Sunday morning means the soccer game instead of church, or when kids eat most of their meals with friends instead of at home with family.
